Inspection page

The Inspection page is used to complete and review the MPI.

Refer to Completing the inspection for instructions on using this page.

1. Concerns section.
2. Customer concerns and recalls - if included in the pre-write.
3. Multi-point inspection section.
4. Inspection item - if measurements are required (e.g. for brakes and tires) the values can be entered here.
5. Condition codes – selecting a code other than 'OK' (green) or 'N/A' (gray) automatically opens the Technician Recommendation window. Refer to Technician Recommendation window for more information.
6. Mark section all OK - select to quickly mark all inspection items in the section as OK.
7. "Back to the Top" icon - click to return to the top of the page.
8. Inspection-level media - a photo or video can be added to the overall inspection. Refer to Adding Inspection-Level Media for more information.

Note: Updates made on this page are automatically saved every 5 seconds. The following message appears at the top of the page after each save

The Technician must still click the "Save" button before "Mark Completed" to actually finish (complete) the MPI.
